SABARIMALA:A woman, in the restricted age who sneaked into Valiyandapandal at Sannidhanam after trekking the Sabarimala forest path, was apprehended and sent back by police on Sunday. Parvathi, 31, hailing from Telangana, came to the notice of the police on duty while standing on the queue in Valiyanadapandal along with husband and children.
She was brought to the Sannidhanam police station for checking the age. On checking the identity records, police confirmed her age and sent back to Pampa with police escort.Special branch police began a probe into the lapse of the police at Pampa that led to the incident.
