KSRTC offers chartered ride during Sabarimala season

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Sabarimala pilgrims coming in groups can take ‘chartered ride’ on KSRTC buses to various destinations from Pampa. At present it has announced 29 routes for the special trips. Details of the service, including the route and fare, will be displayed at various locations. 

“Pilgrims, especially those visiting  Sabarimala by train do not usually have a return plan. They might want to visit other temples such as Guruvayur. If they hire chartered buses they can reach these destination without any delay,” said an officer of KSRTC. Fast passenger buses and super fast buses are used for chartered service. For hiring the trip pilgrims can contact the control room at KSRTC bus stand at Pampa (phone 04735-203445/203446, special officer 94470 50449).
