“Sufi music is a rich stream and has a very spiritual tone. There aren’t many Malayalam songs composed in Sufi style, and Ana-al-Haq will be unique. The album is the brainchild of Fazaludheen Thangal.

The core theme of Ana-al-Haq is that God is within yourself,” says Ranjini.

The singer added that the song has a very beautiful music video too. “It shows a girl’s search for God. She wanders everywhere before finally understanding that god is within her,” says Ranjini.

The song has been penned by lyricist Shabareesh Varma and has been composed by Santhosh Chandran.

The music video has been directed by Ambily S Rangan. Neil D’ Cunha is the DOP.
