Catching them young

KOCHI: To carve out best imaginative young minds, a unique pre-school school ‘Sadhbhavana Little Scholars’, was opened at the Aster medicity ground floor on Children’s Day. Dr Harish Pillai, Chief Executive Officer Kerala Cluster (CEO ) opened the school at a function held in the campus. “ We use didactic study materials for kids. Instead of teaching them the alphabets first, we teach them how to hold a pencil and pen. We provide them with the ambience to grow and develop their thoughts,” said Nithin Puleseril, project coordinator.

The team consists of finance manager Pratheesh, assistant director Praseetha S, project engineer Hani Bin Shihab, chief executive officer K E Harish and head,operations Sushma Nalapat.
The centre, with its well-researched and scientifically derived curriculum, aims to provide high quality and child-centric early childhood education and care to the tiny tots. The curriculum fosters the holistic development of every child through a meticulously planned environment, hands-on activities and play. The learning levels of each child is given equal importance and a constant vigil is kept on the developmental parameters of a child like social, ethical, moral, critical thinking capacity.
