Salin, Rahul and Jomon have always loved bonding over a board game. Some of their best ideas came to them while pondering over the pool table and sweating over monopoly. “What started as an inside joke about a board game that could be played from anywhere in the world, seemed to make sense when read together with smart devices. With our expertise in IoT and building platforms, a smart connected and movie-driven board game platform was soon conceptualised and thus Doptale Interactive was born,” says Salin Sunny, CEO and cofounder.
“Compared to normal board game, we have introduced the best-ever gaming experience using AR and VR technologies, connected playing pieces and inbuilt display. The story will play out on the mounted display which can be extended through HDMI. We are also providing cloud-connected game in which people in different locations can play together,” says Jomon. “We hope Doptale will become the future of all board games and our vision is to become the leader in the digital board games industry by 2020,” says Rahul.

Apart from developing Doptale, the team has also developed a board game named Santhon that has been incorporated in it. It is an interactive adventure story-driven board game. It comes with a medieval age ambience, plot and artwork. It will deliver the intoxication of a movie with gaming environment.
