KOCHI: Chennai Silks located on MG Road will become the second business establishment to connect with Kochi Metro as per the interconnection policy approved by KMRL.
Lulu Mall had last month opened a skywalk connecting the mall to the Kochi Metro rail system. The interconnection between Chennai Silks and Kochi Metro will be opened at 8 am on July 15.
The KMRL policy on interconnection was approved by the 25th meeting of the Board of Directors on November 30, 2016. As per the policy, the entire cost of connectivity, has to be borne by the establishment connecting with the metro.
