NEW DELHI: Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy on Thursday moved the Delhi High Court seeking anticipatory bail in a case filed for allegedly writing inflammatory article on a newspaper.
His petition will be heard by the court on Friday. It was in October last year that the crime branch of the Delhi police had registered an FIR against Swamy for writing an article allegedly to spread enmity between communities.
