Bitti Mohanty, the prime accused in a case related to the rape of a German tourist in Alwar, Rajasthan, moved the Kerala High Court challenging a Sessions Court order to conduct a DNA test on him.
The petition claimed he wasn’t Bitty and that police didn’t have any evidence against him. Even if a DNA test is conducted, it said, his parents or relatives will not give samples.
