IM Terrorists Under Pakistan Custody Refer to ISI as 'Kutte'

NEW DELHI: All is not well between the Pakistan Intelligence Agency, ISI, the biggest sponsor of terrorism in India and its hired gun from Indian Mujahideen (IM) sheltered in ISI safe houses in Karachi. As IM terrorists are trying to form a new alliance in Afghanistan to expand Jihadi activities, a jilted ISI has unleashed various methods of torture against IM terrorists. Interrogation of arrested IM operatives has revealed that after ill-treatment of several IM leaders in Pakistan, they now call  dreaded ISI as “Kutte” (dogs) -- latest entrant to the terror lexicon. It is a significant departure from earlier codename of ISI “Mamu”, also given by IM terrorists. The reason for torture, arrested Jihadis said, was IM’s plan to forge alliance with al-Qaeda and Afghan Taliban for establishing a global Islamic Caliphate, which has increased the mistrust and now ISI is feeling deserted by the same terrorists it had nurtured.

An NIA probe has revealed that IM founder Riyaz Bhatkal, who recently travelled toKhyber-Pakhtunkhwa tribal belts along Afghan-Pakistan border to establish contact with al- Qaeda and Taliban, was warned by  ISI asking him to desist from any attempt to contact al-Qaeda, Taliban or even Tehreek-e-Taliban- Pakistan (TTP). It was revealed that “Kutte” (ISI) was having serious differences with Taliban due to rift within Afghanistan- based terrorist outfits-- one is pro-ISI and the other anti-ISI. Notwithstanding, strong objections from ISI officers, Riyaz is learnt to have decided to join al-Qaeda which was codenamed as “Upar” (Above) by IM terrorists.

The arrested Jihadis also told the NIA that IM terrorists Riyaz and Iqbal Bhatkal are not very happy with the ISI’s control on their activities and want to intensify terror attacks with the help of al-Qaeda and Taliban. They have also told the investigators that there is rift among the IM cadre and many terrorists, who were sheltered by ISI and Pakistani security agencies, have crossed over to Afghanistan or migrated to KhyberPakhtunkhwa area to join hands with al- Qaeda and Taliban. Interrogation of the arrested terrorists including its top cadre-Yasin and Asadullah Akhtar Alias Haddi has revealed that IM terrorists hiding in Pakistan were not in favour of joining hands with TTP as they are less brainy and foolish.

The NIA has also decrypted a chat  betweenYasin and Riyaz in 2013 in which the latter informed the former that he was working on modalities to join or merge IM with al-Qaeda. It revealed  that IM had decided to send at least one terrorist hiding in Karachi to Afghanistan by rotation.
