KULGAM: Jammu and Kashmir Police and the army averted a major tragedy on Saturday when they disscovered an IED near a government school in the state's Kulgam District.
According to an ANI report, an army patrolling party the found IED near the school.
The patrolling party then informed the district police, which called in the bomb squad to diffuse the explosive.
