NEW DELHI: Heavy rains on Saturday morning brought normal life to a halt in the national capital.
Many low lying areas of the city have been water logged, causing massive traffic jams and serpentine queues on roads.
The maximum temperature in Delhi settled at 27.9 degrees Celsius yesterday, seven notches below season's average and the lowest in July in the last 12 years.
