GUWAHATI:: Sleuths of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) recovered Rs.1.8 crore during a raid on the house of a bar owner, Prem Singh Bedi, in Guwahati on Monday.
CID officials told Express the cash – all in Rs.2000 currency notes – had been handed over to the Income Tax department, which was probing the case.
