Express News Service

NEW DELHI: Even as JNU limped  back to normalcy after 10 days of disruption, and students are focusing on their internal examinations, three ABVP members of the JNU unit resigned from their post over the “oppression of professors and attack on Kanhaiya Kumar”.  In an open letter, Pradeep Narwal, joint secretary, Rahul Yadav, president and Ankit Hans, secretary of the JNU unit disassociated themselves from the outfit due to “difference of opinion concerning the JNU incident.”

In a joint statement, the three leaders said they have serious differences over the way the NDA government was handling the issue, adding there is a difference between “interrogation and crushing ideology and branding entire Left as anti-national.”
