Tirupati, Oct 13 (PTI) Four members of a family, includingtwo children, from Tamil Nadu were killed when their car and alorry collided head-on about 40 km from here today, policesaid.
The victims hailing from Tirupur were returning afteroffering worship at the famous hill shrine of LordVenkateswara at nearby Tirumala when the mishap occurred atYerpedu near Sri Kalahasthi this evening.
The middle aged couple and their son and daughter werekilled in the accident, suspected to have occurred after thelorry ladden with large sized steel pipes overturned, policesaid.
