Karnataka bag overall crown in Junior Aquatic Championship

Karnataka bagged the overall championship with 551 points in  the 39th Junior National Aquatic Championship at the Velachery Aquatic Complex here on Sunday.

Tamil Nadu’s AV Jayaveena was once again in her element, setting a new mark in 200m breaststroke in Group II clocking 2:53.58. Jayaveena was adjudged as the best swimmer along with Aakanksha Vora of Maharashtra as both secured 33 points in Group II.
