DHAKA (Bangladesh): Englishman Richard Pybus became Bangladesh's third cricket coach in a year on Wednesday.

Pybus was contracted for two years with an option to remain to the 2015 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

The 47-year-old will join the team next week to prepare for a tour of Zimbabwe, Bangladesh Cricket Board media committee chairman Jalal Yunus said.

Pybus replaced Stuart Law, who resigned in April after nine months in charge and returned to Australia, citing family reasons.

Pybus coached Pakistan from 1999 to 2003, and has also guided Titan, Border, and Cape Cobras in South Africa, and Middlesex in England.
