MADRID: French defender Theo Hernandez on Monday passed medical and joined Real Madrid's pre-season tour.
After passing the medical, the 19-year-old Frenchman joined his teammates, before La Liga champions travel to the United States on Tuesday where his pre-season tour starts, reports Efe.
The left-back signed on Wednesday last a six-year contract with Real Madrid, the UEFA Champions League winners for a record 12 times.
Real Madrid is set to play seven matches this summer, including three official. Two games against the Spanish Cup champions Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup, and then Manchester United in the UEFA Super Cup.
