HYDERABAD: The South Central Railway appealed to the candidates appearing for Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) exam not to fall prey to job racketeers who demand money promising jobs in railways by fraudulent means. Any person coming across such job racketeers attempting to cheat candidates, may report the matter immediately to Vigilance Organisation, SCR on phone numbers : 040- 27830516, 27820674 or to Central Bureau of Investigation on 040 24732762/63/64/68 or 24734667.
The RRB will conduct examinations for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot on June 6, Assistant Station Master on June 13 and Goods Guard/Enquiry Cum Reservation Clerk on June 27. Call letters are being despatched four weeks in advance of the examination for the respective category. Candidates can check up their application eligibility status on the RRB, Secunderabad websites viz, rrbsecunderabad.
nic.in or rrbsec.org four weeks before the date of examination.
Those who did not receive the call letters may approach the RRB two days before the examination for duplicate call letters.
