SANGAREDDY: The police on Friday arrested four persons from Maharashtra, including two women, at Venkatapur Chowrastha in Narayankhed mandal and seized 70 kg ganja valued at Rs 7 lakh from their possession. The four had purchased ganja from Jangi thanda in Narayankhed and smuggling it to Maharashtra.
The arrested are Dattu Bapu Gaikwad, KD Raju, Kalla Bhai and Tulan Bhai, all belonging to Jalna. The police registered a case and took up investigation.
