District sessions court judge Srinivasa Rao on Tuesday imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on Telugu Desam MLA Errabelli Dayakar Rao in a case filed by a DSP against him under Section 353 of the IPC.
The judge asked the TDP legislator to maintain good conduct for six months in connection with the case.
