SANGAREDDY: Fear of exams has claimed the life of student in Bollaram village of Jinnaram mandal in Medak district. Rohit Kumar(16) committed suicide by hanging himself fearing that he may not pass the tenth standard public examination, police said here on Wednesday.
Rohit was not interested in studies and was attending school as his parents forced him. With examinations due next month, his anxiety increased and committed suicide when he was alone, the police said. Rohit’s parents, who hail from Bihar, were staying at Bollaram village since long, police said. A case has been registered.
