Now, pay utility bills through phone!

Information minister Ponnala Lakshmaiah on Monday launched the MeeSeva-Airtel Money services and MeeSeva portal in the city. People can now pay their bills using their mobile phones. The service empowers users of AirTel to pay utility bills from anywhere by just dialing *400#, an official release said.

The minister launched "www.meeseva.gov.in" portal, using which people can pay bills for as many as 12 services through Meeseva-Airtel service. Payments can be made using credit card and debit card of 30 banks under net banking and Airtel money. Users registered with www.esevaonline.com can make transactions through meeseva.gov.in.
