The HC on Thursday dismissed the bail petition of KV Brahmananda Reddy, suspended IRAS officer and accused in YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s assets case.
Justice B Seshasayana Reddy said he did not deserve grant of bail as investigation by CBI was in progress. The CBI contended investigation with regard to the role of Khater Massad and AJ Jagannathan, representatives of RAK Investment Authority.
