VIJAYAWADA: Krishna district collector M Raghunandan Rao has said that teams on accounting, video surveillance and video viewing have been formed to monitor the election expenditure at Nandigama bypoll elections.
Speaking to reporters here Wednesday, he said that a team of six members had been formed under the surveillance of Vijayawada division cooperative officer A Dharma Rao. He also said that details on spending of candidates should be recorded in shadow observation register.
Kanchikacharla agricultural officer G Ramesh and Agiripalli executive officer PRDS Venkataramana are appointed as members of the video surveillance team by the collector. The videos recorded by the team will be scrutinised by the video viewing team comprising six members.
