VIJAYAWADA:APCC official spokesperson Kolanukonda Sivaji demanded stern action against the bank manager, who was responsible for the suicide of a young farmer in Uravakonda village of Anantapur district. He said if the CM had kept his word on farm loan waiver, the farmer would not have taken the extreme step. He demanded an ex gratia of `10 lakh to the bereaved family.
