GUNTUR: Municipal administration minister P Narayana has directed the officials to digitize services being provided by the city planning department in the corporation to curb illegal layouts in the city.
Speaking at a workshop conducted for the commissioners, city planners, DCPs and VUDA officials across the state at the corporation office here on Thursday, he said countries like Singapore has adopted a new software to identify illegal layouts and such a software would be developed in the state.
The minister directed the officials to take stringent action against unapproved layouts.
