'State Capital Top on Govt Agenda'

VIJAYAWADA: Reiterating that construction of the state capital is the top priority of the government, chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has underscored the need for Central help in improving the financial position of the state.

Participating in the launch of Central social security programmes here Saturday, the CM said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had selected Parrikar for   making the defence sector self-reliant. He said the state government had handed over 914 acre land for Radar Test Bed Facility on which the defence ministry was investing Rs 560 crore.
