VISAKHAPATNAM:Chairman-cum-managing director of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) P Madhusudan observed that improvement in investments in the country was clearly visible and the outlook was positive for the new projects that were coming up. As a consequence steel consumption was likely to grow in the country, creating the need for increasing sales, particularly in Andhra region, to enhance the bottom-line of the company, the CMD added.
Addressing the Andhra Region customers meet held in steel township Thursday, Madhusudan said the need of the hour is to boost sales and exhorted the customers to reach the targets set for the current financial year.
The CMD said RINL would never compromise on the quality of products. Policies were made to suit the environment and particularly its customers, who were considered as partners in the progress of RINL, Madhusudan added.
Executive director (Marketing) R Shankar, general managers, G Jogeswar Rao, SN Rao, regional manager, Andhra region, P Eswaraiah, and a large number of customers attended the meet.
