HYDERABAD: A division bench of the High Court on Thursday suggested to the Andhra Pradesh Non-Gazetted Officers’ Association and the Bhagyanagar Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers’ Association to settle the dispute amicably over their shares in the AP NGO Bhavan at Gunfoundry in the city.
The bench of acting chief justice Ramesh Ranganathan and justice T Rajani made this suggestion while dealing with an appeal filed by Bhagyanagar Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers’ Association challenging an order of a single judge on the issue.
