VIJAYAWADA: YSRC MLA Kodali Nani on Tuesday reportedly used derogatory language against ruling Telugu Desam Party members in the Assembly, but later he withdrew the remarks after the treasury benches made an issue and insisting on an apology from the member.

The YSRC member used abusive language against the TDP members after TDP member Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary too used objectionable language while describing the attitude of the YSRC MLAs.

Taking serious exception to  Kodali Nani's remarks, the TDP members rose to their feet, seeking action against Nani. After the YSRC member regretted for making the comment, normalcy returned to the House.
