KAKINADA: District Collector Kartikeya Mishra inspected the ongoing Smart City works at Rajah Tank and Sashikanth Nagar areas here on Friday. He instructed the officials to complete the works ahead of CM’s visit. He further said that the smart city works would be taken up under special purpose vehicle (SPV) mode.
He directed civic officials to maintain sanitation at major junctions in the city. He also reviewed the arrangements for the proposed visit of the Chief Minister to Kakinada city. Municipal Corporation Commissioner Siva Parvathi and other officials accompanied the Collector.
