Four degree students die as car rams bike

TIRUPATI: Four degree students were killed in an accident at Kamamanayuni Palli, 2 km from Baireddipalli mandal near Palamaneru in Kuppam constituency on Friday night. A speeding Innova rammed the two-wheeler on which the students were travelling, resulting in the death of three youngsters on the spot. The fourth succumbed to injuries at a hospital. According to Circle Inspector B Madhusudhana Rao, the youth have been identified as Teja, 23, Kishore, 21, Vinod, 21, and Vamsidhar, 21. They were returning to their village, Baireddipalli, on the bike.

The Innova travelling from Kuppam to Yadamari rammed into the motorcycle at a high speed. Under the impact of the collision, the fuel tank of the bike broke and burst into flames. Two of the victims were thrown off the bike and suffered fatal injuries upon landing on the road. The other two who were on the bike suffered burns.
