BANGALORE: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) on Monday infused fresh blood into its rank and file by inducting 200 more young Design and Management Trainees (MTs&DTs).

The youngsters are from different engineering streams, including aerospace, mechanical, electrical, electronics, production and computer science. This is the 37th batch of MTs and DTs joining HAL after many levels of selection process that screened close to 50,000 aspirants. The induction ceremony was held at HAL’s Ghatage Convention Centre. Addressing the trainees, HAL Director (HR) Sanjeev Sahi said: “Aviation business in India has more players now and that makes our job more challenging. HAL’s future lies in your hands and the march forward will depend upon how fast you all adopt the challenges that confront you.”
