CHIKBALLAPUR: JD(S) leader and former minister K M Krishna Reddy died of cardiac arrest at his residence in Chinthamani here on Saturday. His funeral will take place on Sunday, family sources said. He is survived by wife Prameelamma, son Rajashekar and daughter Vani. Reddy led a procession last week demanding basic amenities in the town. Union Minister of State for Railways K H Muniyappa, former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy, Labour Minister Bache Gowda, Chinthamani MLA Sudhakar and other senior party leaders paid their last respect.
