BANGALORE: JD(S) state president H D Kumaraswamy lashed out at Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda, dubbing his Bangalore rounds, which was launched three days ago, as “drama”.

At the 105th birth anniversary celebrations of former deputy PM late Babu Jagjivan Ram organised by the JD(S) here on Thursday, he said: “The CM and some ministers would do well to visit slums and residential layouts located on the outskirts of the city. Solutions to such problems cannot be obtained by going around in a bus.”

He also took the CM to task for his plans to set up a park over 100 acres at Banashankari, adding: “The park will not serve any purpose... it is aimed at looting the tax payers’ money.”
