BANGALORE: Senior advocate Vijayshankar had been chosen as the next Advocate General to succeed B V Acharya, Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda said here on Friday.
Vijayshankar had earlier served as Advocate General of Karnataka between 1997 and 1999 when J H Patel was the chief minister.
