BANGALORE: Walking past the City Civil Court on Monday, one could hardly miss the lawyers’ attempt to present their side of Friday’s ghastly incident.
A prominent banner declares as follows: Shame on the media. Following the clash, the court had declared a holiday on Monday in protest against the treatment meted out to them.
The banners, which contain pictures of policemen beating up lawyers, injured advocates and their vehicles set on fire, declare that their version of the facts has been suppressed by the media.
