BSY appears before court

BANGALORE: In response to the summons issued by Lokayukta Court on February 23, former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa on Friday, appeared before the Lokayukta Court for the illegal land denotification case. The case pertains to illegal denotifcation of government land in Hebbal, Sreerampura and allotment of site in RMC-II Stage.  Yeddyurappa, his sons B Y Raghavendra and B Y Vijayendra, son-in-law Sohan Kumar and three other accused appeared before the Lokayukta Court. Hearing the petition filed by Sirajin Basha, Judge N K    Sudheendra Rao adjourned the case till April 12 for  further hearing.
