BANGALORE: Former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa on Friday made a U-turn on who will present the state budget on March 21. Before leaving for Lokayukta Court at Parappana Agrahara, Yeddyurappa told reporters, “The BJP chief minister will present the budget, something which was earlier said by party spokesperson Dhananjaya Kumar and Minister Jagadish Shettar.”

The budget would be presented on the scheduled date, he said.

Yeddyurappa added that he could not say anything on whether it would be the current CM or some one else. However, after attending Lokayukta Court proceedings, Yeddyurappa made a U-turn on the issue when he said that CM will present the upcoming budget.
