BANGALORE: A private complaint was filed against JD(S) MLC E Krishnappa in the Lokayukta Court on Tuesday for his alleged involvement in illegal denotification of land. The complaint was lodged by one Raghu, an engineer with Bangalore Electric Supply Company.
The complainant had charged Krishnappa of illegally encroaching the Government Gomala Land at Gowdahalli Village, Dasanapura Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk, and in survey nos 57, 58 and 59 and survey nos 141/1 and 143 — both at Shivanapura Village, Dasanapura Hobli, Bangalore North taluk.
Besides Krishnappa, four others have been named accused in the complaint
