BENGALURU: Twenty police officials of various ranks in the state have been conferred the President’s Police Medals for Distinguished and Meritorious Service. The awards will be given to them by the President on I-Day. Bhaskar Rao, ADGP (DCRE), B N S Reddy, Additional Commissioner of Police (Administration) and K Eshwar Prasad, DCP (VVIP Security) have been conferred the President’s Medal for Distinguished Service. Hemant Nimbalkar, DIG, CID is among the 17 others to get the President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Service.
