THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala State Human Rights Commission has registered a suo moto case on Friday against the alleged ragging in College of Engineering, Trivandrum (CET).

The case was registered on the basis of a newspaper report.

Commission member Justice Lakshmikuty Amma has directed the City Police Commissioner, District Collector, Engineering College principal and the hostel warden to inquire into the incident and submit a report within a week.
