THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Government has decided to examine all the land documents, including the controversial 'Ravindran pattayams', issued in the Kannan Devan Hills (KDH) village in Idukki district.

According to sources in the government, the highlevel meeting of the revenue officials held here on Tuesday, chaired by Revenue Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, decided to collect land tax from the KDH village.

The government had stopped collecting land tax from KDH village since the LDF Government had sent its first special team for Munnar Mission. Now, ahead of collecting taxes, all the land documents, including Ravindran pattayams will be examined. A special team will be constituted in this regard.
