KOTTAYAM: Justice K T Thomas said on Sunday that psychiatrists play a key role in simplifying the job of the courts as it is difficult for the judiciary to determine whether a person is mentally challenged.  He was speaking after inaugurating the mid-term Continuing Medical Education of the Kerala state branch of the Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS) here.
