The Crime Branch police on Saturday filed before the First Class Judicial Magistrate Court here the chargesheet on the alleged murder of Satnam Singh, a Bihari youth, at the Mental Health Centre some months ago. The Crime Branch had included in the 197-page report two persons who have already been arrested as accused. The names of Anil Kumar, a second grade attender at the hospital, and Vivekanandan, a prison warden on duty at the hospital, have been included in the chargesheet.
