The Nair Service Society (NSS) and the Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana Sangham (SNDP) have decided to join hands in the wake of the recent controversies regarding minority appeasement.

Both NSS general secretary G Sukumaran Nair and SNDP general secretary Vellappally Natesan confirmed that they had discussed the issue.

The Indian Union Muslim League's (IUML) fifth minister imbroglio, issues with education package and allotment of aided status to 35 schools in Malappuram have been the major reasons for their union.
