Express News Service

NSS General Secretary G Sukumaran Nair has asked the government to give due consideration to the needs of the majority communities while formulating its policies.

At the platinum jubilee celebrations of Changanassery NSS union at Perunna NSS Boys HS Ground here, he said the genuine rights of the majority communities were overlooked for minority appeasement in the present socio-political scenario.

Responding to the Muslim Students Federation’s statement on Tuesday that the NSS was complaining after getting whatever it needs from the government, he said everything the NSS got from the government was through proper means.
