The Kochi Corporation has launched a website to gain public support for entrusting the implementation of the Kochi Metro Rail project with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation(DMRC).
“The website - www.supportkochimetro.in - was launched as part of the Corporation’s ‘Support DMRC and Kochi Metro’ campaign.
“The public can share their opinion through this interactive site.
“The public, especially Kochiites, want the DMRC to undertake the project for its timely completion. We believe that the website will act as a platform for them to share their views and support,” said Mayor Tony Chammany.
He expressed hope that the website will help the civic body garner the support of Keralites from across the world.
