ALAPPUZHA: Five police personnel were injured when the escort vehicle of Minister Ramesh Chennithala collided with a pick up van at Kareelakulangara near here on Thursday. The vehicle was escorting the Minister’s vehicle which was heading towards Krishnapuram to attend the inaugural function of Shankar Museum.
Passengers in the van suffered minor injuries.
