KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Thursday dismissed a petition seeking a directive to the State Government to provide adequate infrastructure facilities to the Central Bureau of Investigation, and to co-operate with the investigation of the high-profile land-grab cases involving Salim Raj, former gunman of Chief Minister Oommen Chandy.
Justice Harun-Ul-Rashid passed the order on petitions filed by N A Shareefa and A K Nazar of Pathadipalam, and others.
